Job description

We are looking for a supervisor to manage our facilities and monitor cleaning staff. The goal is to keep our buildings clean above expectations.

Responsibilities

• Monitor performance in designated facilities
• Perform and document routine inspection and maintenance activities
• Carry out necessary tasks and special projects
• Notify management of occurring deficiencies or needs for repairs
• Make adjustments and minor repairs as necessary
• Stock and maintain supply rooms
• Manage staffing
• Follow all health and safety regulations

Skills

• Bilingual
• Floor Cleaning Experience (Shampooing/Stripping/Waxing)
• Staff Management
• Proven work experience
• Ability to handle heavy equipment and machinery
• Knowledge of cleaning chemicals and supplies
• Familiarity with Material Safety Data Sheets
• Integrity

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $16.00 – $19.00 per hour
